To implement the legally mandated duties of guidance, utilization, implementation, and surveys of health examinations and related business operations, we will use your personal information for the following purposes: registration contacts, reception, selection, employment placement, personnel and labor management, social welfare, as well as various trainings, seminars, events, and counseling sessions.
(3) The Personal Information of Our Registered Job Seekers
Your personal information will be used for registration contacts, reception, selection, job placement, various trainings, seminars, events, counseling sessions, and the performance of similar services.
(4) The Personal Information of Our Re-employment Support Users
Your personal information will be used for registration contacts, reception, performance of re-employment support-related and similar services.
(5) The Personal Information of Our Customers and Clients
We will use your personal information in business cards and email addresses that are acquired in the course of various organizational activities in our industry such as sales, signing contracts, managing transactions and credit, and executing similar operations.

We will use the personal information we have acquired about you for the purpose of privacy protection (such as personal information obtained in response to recording the reception and entry/exit of visitors, Requests for Disclosure) and similar services.

Unless required by law, we will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.

3. Regarding the Procedures for Disclosure and Correction

(1) Contact Information

We will respond sincerely and without delay to your request, or that of your proxy, for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, erasure, suspension of use, or suspension of provision (hereinafter referred to as “Disclosure”) of your personal information in our possession.

(2) Method of Requesting Disclosure

To request disclosure of your personal information, please phone the Disclosure Consultation Desk mentioned above.
We will send you our prescribed Request for Disclosure, titled, Request for Changes to the Handling of Personal Information. Please fill out the required information, and send it to the above address.
Please understand that if this method isn’t followed, we are unable to accept your Request for Disclosure. In addition, if the request is incomplete, or if we are unable to verify your identification, we will contact you about these, and guide you on rewriting your Request. However, if we do not receive the second Request within 2 weeks, we will respond as if there was no Request for Disclosure.

(3) Verification of Your Identification

In order to confirm that you are the person requesting the disclosure of your personal information, you will be required to present your employee code (if you are an employee) or staff code (if you are a temporary or temp-to-perm staff member), in addition to your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. If your identification cannot be verified by these means, another method may be used.

Other ways to verify your identification* (please include a copy of one of the following: a driver’s license, a health insurance card, a passport, or any other public document to verify who you are).

In the case of a proxy, a power of attorney (in any form) is required from you, as the author of this Request.
*When verifying your identification, if your public document for legal domicile lists more information than the name of the prefecture, please cover the other data with black ink.

(4) Fees for Disclosure

No administrative fees are charged to request the correction, addition, deletion, erasure, suspension of usage or suspension of provision of your personal information.

(5) Method of Notification of the Result of Your Request for Disclosure

Notification will be sent by post to the person who made the Request for Disclosure, to the address on the Request. Please understand that it may take some days for the notice to reach you.
Moreover, in the cases listed below (see Note), disclosure will be refused.

Please understand that in the following situations, we may be unable to accept a Request for Disclosure:
・When the Request for Disclosure that we have received lacks the necessary information, such as your name, address, date of birth, or telephone number.
・When there is a discrepancy between the name, address, date of birth, or telephone number written on the Request for Disclosure and the data that we have held on you.
・When a Request for Disclosure has been forged or altered.
・When there is a risk to your rights, or those of a third party, to life, limb and property, or other rights.
・When there is the risk of significant hindrance to the proper execution of our business.
・When there is the risk of infringement or violation of Japanese laws.
