Multicultural work places
and a multilingual society.
That’s the Japan we’re striving to create.
As birthrates and the population continue to decline, Japan is facing an unprecedented labor shortage.
In addition to improving labor productivity, we believe that the key to solving this difficult problem will be the active roles played by diverse human resources, such as international citizens, women and the elderly.
By supporting the motivations and aspirations of foreign workers, Kyuden Business Front aims to be a bridge linking international labor and Japanese firms.
Through these endeavors, we want to help make the region of Kyushu more lively and prosperous than ever.
On July 20, 2021, Kyuden Business Front, Inc. joined the Japan Platform for Migrant Workers towards Responsible and Inclusive Society (JP-Mirai), administered by the secretariats of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Global Alliance for Sustainable Supply Chain (ASSC).
We will strive toward achieving this platform’s aim of realizing a truly multicultural society in Japan.
